Full kitchen with a stove and a ton of cupboards. There's actually 3 full sized-fridges here so you won't run out of space. There's a washer and dryer, and a dishwasher as well. Nice big fenced backyard with a sweet patio and grill. There's also a couple of sheds as well for more of your stuff. The house is wired already for cable TV and internet, but that's all negotiable too. Nice sized common room. House is really close to bus stops, including Williams Village so you can get to campus really easy and for free via the Buff Bus. Otherwise, its not like you are way the hell out in north or south boulder, you are close to everything.
