I'd prefer a dog-friendly place, but it's not absolutely necessary. I'd really like a place that's $600 or less.
If anyone is studying abroad for the fall or something along those lines I'd love to sublet for a semester. I just don't want to be tied to a lease for the spring semester.

I am going to be new to the area so I want someone who perhaps go to school or is familiar to the area. I will be starting a new job, which is why I am moving to the area. I will be working at Google, which is off of pearl and 26th, so hopefully I can find something near by. I am 26 years old and single. I dont party often, but very occasionally do like to go out. I am very open-minded and artistic. I love to cook and eat. What I would ideally like in a roommate is someone of similar age, a little younger is ok, college students are fine too. Someone who is very tidy, I dont like the place getting messy, and I always try to keep up with mess, and I would hope you did too. I am really not too picky, I can pretty much get along with everyone. I dislike any types of drama, and am a very drama free type person.
I am not sure if I will be driving or flying up to boulder, so I dont know if I will have a car there or not. I also wouldn't mind having roommates in a bigger apartment or house, as long as I have a bedroom and bathroom to myself. I am looking for a place that's furnished, but if not, I'd still be interested. Just a little about myself--- I am super neat/clean and easygoing, and I love meeting new people. All I have is pretty much myself and all my clothes-- no pets or anything-- and I'll basically just use the apartment as a place to crash at night... I'm almost never home other than that. =] Move-in and move-out dates are pretty flexible. My current lease is up May 31st though, so moving in around then would be preferable.
