The desk is solid wood with oak veneers, purchased from Staples, with two drawers including a file drawer. The hutch is solid wood with cherry veneers, purchased from Cost Plus World Market, with three drawers and three cubbies.
I am asking $100 for both the desk and the hutch, which is a great deal as their combined value is over $250! You will have to come pick them up, and carry them down 3 flights of stairs, which is another reason I am selling them so cheap! The dimensions of the desk are 30"H x 47-7/8"W x 23-3/4"D and the hutch is 10.5" tall.
The desk and hutch are both in great shape, the desk only has a few marks on the edges from being moved through doorways.

It has 4 pieces: recliner chair, one seat section, corner section, and two piece section with pullout bed inside. Can be arranged in a couple of different combinations. It has a high back, which is very comfortable. Fabric and cushions are in good condition.
