http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgI am transferring to CU this fall and I am looking for a place to live. I am 20 year old guy, clean and very athletic. Take school seriously so living with people who are the same would be nice.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgI have one semester left at CU and need a place for the fall semester. I'm laid back and easy to live with. I'll live with guys or girls. I'd prefer a dog-friendly place, but it's not absolutely necessary. I'd really like a place that's $600 or less.
If anyone is studying abroad for the fall or something along those lines I'd love to sublet for a semester. I just don't want to be tied to a lease for the spring semester.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgHi, My name is Mithun and I am looking for a roommate near central Boulder, Colorado. I am going to be new to the area so I want someone who perhaps go to school or is familiar to the area. I will be starting a new job, which is why I am moving to the area. I will be working at Google, which is off of pearl and 26th, so hopefully I can find something near by. I am 26 years old and single. I dont party often, but very occasionally do like to go out. I am very open-minded and artistic. I love to cook and eat. What I would ideally like in a roommate is someone of similar age, a little younger is ok, college students are fine too. Someone who is very tidy, I dont like the place getting messy, and I always try to keep up with mess, and I would hope you did too. I am really not too picky, I can pretty much get along with everyone. I dislike any types of drama, and am a very drama free type person.
I am not sure if I will be driving or flying up to boulder, so I dont know if I will have a car there or not. If I do drive I plan on being in town by May 20th, which would be when I would want to move in. If you have facebook you can search for me, the name is Mithun Balachandran. If you have any questions lemme know.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgI am currently a sophomore at CU Boulder and am looking for a place to stay from June 1 to mid-August, while I take some classes at CU. I am looking for a studio or 1bdrm apartment close to campus in the $600's or less. I also wouldn't mind having roommates in a bigger apartment or house, as long as I have a bedroom and bathroom to myself. I am looking for a place that's furnished, but if not, I'd still be interested. Just a little about myself--- I am super neat/clean and easygoing, and I love meeting new people. All I have is pretty much myself and all my clothes-- no pets or anything-- and I'll basically just use the apartment as a place to crash at night... I'm almost never home other than that. =] Move-in and move-out dates are pretty flexible. My current lease is up May 31st though, so moving in around then would be preferable. Feel free to message me or just give me a call at 720.234.2615. Thanks!
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpg24 S/W/F, I work in Lafayette and am looking for an apartment nearby in the $800-and-under range.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgTwo roommates, plus cat. Need a place to live near CU campus in Boulder. If you need 2 roommates for your apartment/house/whatever, let us know ASAP. We're relocating from Maryland July 1st. We are not interested in subleasing. We need a real place to stay.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgMoving back to Boulder for fall semester only, need a place to rent from August thru December.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgI am going to be starting the Telecom grad program at CU in the fall and will hopefully be working in the Boulder area over the summer so I am looking for a place to live. I am really laid back and like to have fun, but school is the most important thing to me. I am would be willing to live with males or females. Smoking & Drinking is alright, but I would prefer to avoid having parties where I live. I love animals, but have none of my own.
If you have something available please message me. I will probably come up at the end of April to check out places and meet people and would hope to move in sometime in May or June. I would even be interested in offers that aren't available until the Fall.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgHey Boulderites (if that is indeed what you all yourselves) I'm a recent college grad who just got offered a job in Boulder and need to move there right away. Living with college students or young professionals would be cool, since I don't know anyone there and would love to save on rent by living in a shared house or something like that.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgMe and my friend are trying to move up to Boulder around April (or as soon after as possible). We want somewhere that we can setup a small music recording (don't worry we are not a band, it is nowhere near as loud as live music) room that also has two bedrooms, and is at most a mile away from CU campus. Thanks!
I need to move out of my current living situation and am looking for a temporary place to stay. I am willing to pay up to 500.00 a month. I am a smoker but don't smoke inside. I am not a student I am 31 years of age. I am a really laid back guy who is easy to get along with. I am employed and very good about paying my bills. Please let me know.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgWe just signed a lease, then one roommate dropped out. We need one chill roommate for next year. Must be down for partying. The place is at 17th and Cascade, really close to campus right on the hill. You will be living with 2 guys and 1 girl.
http://boulder.heyclassifieds.com/img/post_no_image_sm.jpgI'm looking for a place to live next year! Preferably where I can have a dog (I don't have one yet but am hoping to get one next fall). I'm easygoing, like to party on the weekends, but do my work too. Let me know if you are looking for a roommate or have an extra room, preferably near campus.
I am looking for a place to live either with a roomate or a room to myself for next year. I'm vbey easy going and outdoorsy so would like ot live with other easy going people but whatever.

I'm looking for a roommate and/or a place to live. I will be available pretty much anytime in August. I am planning on attending Front Range Community College in Longmont (eventually transferring into CU-Boulder) and need a responsible roommate or two to split rent with. I'm planning on that being around the 300-400 dollar range. I DO have an indoor cat and he is a must stay! I am from Indiana, going on 23 years old, a non-smoker, and straight. Just finishing up 4 years in the Air Force. I do keep to myself from time to time. I'm outdoorsy and like to party and I'm mostly always up to meet new people.
